Position - Manager F&A 3-7 years Bengaluru Details Reporting: Financial Controller Qualification: CA/ MBA/ CMA Client: Technology Services Competencies / Skills required Should be able to handle Audits Income Tax related compliances Payroll related compliances TDS/ TCS related compliances Basic industry knowledge and strong accounting knowledge. Strong verbal and communication skills. Clarity of thoughts and assertive. Effectiveness and creativity of written expression - logical, readability and conciseness. Good presentation skills and ability to respond promptly. Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management, drive various meetings. Key Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLAs without exception. Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members. Identification of issues/ missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved. Responsible to maintain the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members. Responsible for performance review of the team. Responsible for the review of the teams work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance. ,
