    Global Market Operations also known as COCE (Client Operating Center of Excellence) is further divided into 4 departments i.e. Trade Processing & Support, PnL, Client Management & Change Management. We facilitate Securities Services for Corporate and Institutional Clients, and provide Sales, Trading, Research and Strategy, FX Prime Brokerage, Local Markets coverage and Electronic Trading to a plethora of clients across the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. We offer a global and cross-asset platform for securities financing through repo or prime services, for both listed and OTC clearing services and for execution of listed derivatives. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities 1. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets 2. Managing project teams and resources 3. Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders 4. Identifying and implementing process improvements 5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards 6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams 7. Maintaining project documentation and records 8. Analyzing and reporting on project performance metrics. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical:
    • Project management certification (PMP) is preferred
    • Several years of project management experience
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience in process improvement and operations management
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
