Job Description

    We are a well-established recruitment company seeking an experiencedManager HR Operationsto lead and manage our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily recruitment operations, manage a team of30 to 40 recruiters, ensure client delivery, and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
    • Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations across multiple domains (IT, ITeS, BPO, etc.).
    • Allocate requirements and monitor performance to ensure timely closures.
    • Implement strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and conversion rates.
    • Manage client escalations and ensure high service delivery standards.
    • Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
    • Train and mentor recruiters to enhance skills and productivity.
    • Work closely with management to meet business goals and revenue targets.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 58 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
    • Proven track record of managing large teams and meeting hiring targets.
    • Knowledge of IT, BPO, and lateral hiring processes.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume hiring.
