1. Sales support & Product marketing activities for PFC offer2. Product portfolio management to achieve profitable sales.2a. Managing new product launches and product withdrawal for obsolete products.3. Responsible for achieving top line, bottom line and incremental price realization.4. Close coordination with regional teams to arrive at a Quarterly forecast to ensure consistent deliveries with optimum inventory levels.5. Tracking of competitor activities and devicing local strategies6. Creating training modules and equip sales team to fight competition7. Create prescription tools to generate a preference for SEI products, thus realizing higher sales and better price realization.8. Complete price management for the distribution market.9. Giving inputs to regional and global teams and participate in the product evolution projects.10. Giving feedback to quality teams based on the product performance in the field.11. Regional sales support for South to improve SEI footprint and develop new customer accounts.12. Launch Sales accleration plans, Incetive scheme and Pormo policy to drive business through Channel partners,The candidate should be a BE Electrical with sound knowledge of Low Voltage Power Distribution system.Should have an experience of marketing and selling of Capacitors, Active Filters & APFC panels in B2B space.Should have an overall experience of 4-10 yrsIn-depth knowledge of Harmonics and relevant standards would be an advantage.
