Job Description

    Tier 1 /Tier2 colleges preferred Business partnering :- To forecast and plan for short, medium, and long-term headcount needs and work with Talent Acquisition.- Actively identify areas of improvement in existing processes; identify efficient and drive such changes in a timely and effective manner.- Provide timely reports and analytics to the Talent Leadership as well as Business leadership.- Building collaborative working relationships with various Talent.- Ability to partner with business and provide critical advice for decision making- Ability to network with relevant stakeholders and build strong relationships, leveraging support from team members and providing them guidance- Strong project management experience; - Smart planning and proven execution skills.- The Business Advisor team partners with the business leaders and various talent leaders to drive the delivery of the firms Talent strategy and co-create various talent initiatives/organization transformation projects in collaboration with CoE leaders. You will play a key role in helping business drive the overall talent agenda for your designate business function and work with various CoEs on organization transformation projects.,
