Job Description

Manager - Statutory AuditResponsibilitiesManaging end to end repayments of all the loans, including NACH registration, Batch presentationon cycle dates, collections receipts and Bank reconciliations on a daily basis. Manages all customer Loan closure, prepayments and any manual/adhoc receipts. Responsible for monthly bank recon with Accounts and maintaining nil open items. Responsible for Process design, review and rolled out and monthly Process audits and Training toteam. Creation of any manual dues as per management guidelines such as repo, repo sales, loss/write-off Dispatch of any deliverables as per Customer request such as Statement of accounts, repaymentschedule, foreclosure statement, balance amount letter, NOC etc. Explore new edge technology to improve productivity in repayments and collections. Liaison with branches for all open items and timely updation. Support in UAT testing for and tech developments in the repayment area. MIS for all management reporting To help in prepare data driven process health check and presentations to Head of Operations &&other Senior management.
