We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work.About InMobi DSP InMobi Demand Side Platform (DSP) aims to be the world s most customer-centric mobile performance advertising platform. The core offering is the ability to own performance KPIs for a direct advertiser or agency, while providing full-funnel transparency into media, inventory sources, clicks, and impressions.What you will be doing You will manage the ecosystem partners for the InMobi Ads Demand Side Platform (DSP). Manager - Strategic Partnerships, InMobi DSP will be working with the Head of Strategic Partnerships in managing all ecosystem partnerships impacting the DSP s growth, go-to-market and performance - including but not limited to supply, data and tracking partners. This person will help accelerate InMobi DSP s growth, by bringing in product expertise and driving a tight joint GTM with partners on the following business lines: user acquisition, retargeting, programmatic bidding, attribution, publishers, etc. in all InMobi s operating markets.Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and key stakeholders in charting out the product GTM and how different partnerships would enable business growth, influencing the product roadmaps of DSP
    • Build and manage successful strategic partnerships for InMobi DSP with MMP s, supply partners and key organizations
    • Engage closely with MMP partners, platforms, and other players to ensure product understanding, and build an understanding of all the MMP products & services and industry benchmarks. Build and manage successful strategic partnerships with MMPs, Fraud Suite partners, Measurement, and digital ad rating agencies and look for synergies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at InMobi & partners to deliver GTM
    • Work on analytics, take ownership of everyday floor operations, and ensure troubleshooting of all integration/campaign-specific issues, co-ordinating with Business, Tech, Solutions engineering, and partner CSM teams
    • Spearhead initiatives that would be pathbreaking and lead/promote thought leadership sessions
    What do we require from you
    • 5-7 years of experience in a role encompassing Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management preferably (not mandatory) from digital/ programmatic/ad tech background.
    • MBA from a Tier-1 B-School
    Ideal candidates must possess:
    • Good relationship management skills, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and technical aptitude with a proficient level understanding of the digital ad marketplace.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience that could span marketing, product marketing, business management, solutions engineering, and strategic partnerships. At least 5 years in the ad tech, programmatic, or mobile advertising industry with a solid background in handling supply, data,media management partners.
    • Knowledge and passion for tech and the changing dynamics of the ecosystem.
    • Technical know-how to understand the work of Product and Engineering at a high level, but also have strong customer and marketing instincts and know how to translate and boil things down for customer success teams
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, but also know how to focus and prioritize and stay accountable for progress and deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders. Work cross functionally with a variety of teams, including Product, Marketing, legal, Delivery and Sales teams to enable partners to InMobi DSP, related products and advocate for functionality to grow partner businesses
    • A strong bias for action. Ability to think through issues in a structured manner and use different frameworks to solve problems. Ability to present recommendations in a logical and articulated manner.
