Job Description

  • Ensuring alignment of Campus Recruitment strategy with business objectives and overall TA strategy
  • Creating a best-in-industry Campus program for freshers across roles.
  • Shaping, refining, and creating campus recruitment strategy, and implementation of assessment & evaluation tools ensuring relevance to business needs and changing market conditions.
  • Designing the campus recruitment strategy and identifying opportunities for strategic tie-ups/initiatives for Summer, Winter internships, and Final placements
  • Defining scope, processes, and timelines for campus programs, aligning internal and external stakeholders, Defining the sourcing and marketing strategy,
  • Developing ways to increase awareness of Simplilearn especially amongst the student population, graduates, and interns.
  • Developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with target university/college partners.
  • Using analysis to enhance Simplilearns competitive position by considering the market and industry trends, existing and potential stakeholders.
  • Continuing to build a high level of business engagement and commitment to graduate and internship programs.
  • Leading by showing examples to ensure usage and application of all best practices for recruitment activities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a campus / university recruitment role.
  • Proven track record as a successful Campus Recruiter within a corporate environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about early career hiring trends.
  • Be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capability.
