Job Description

Designation: Manager/Sr Manager: Talent Acquisition Non techExperience: 6 - 12YearsIndustry: Ed-Tech Location: Bangalore, India.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for non tech hiring for operations and marketing roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for attracting and selecting the best-in-class talent.
  • Responsible for holding expertise in a leadership hiring position.
  • Ability to build and mentor solid hiring teams that can multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Extensive interaction with stakeholders on understanding the accurate deliverables of the roles.
  • Design and Implement Search Strategy. Manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across geographies and functions.
  • Identify prospective candidates, build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Any Master Degree with Proven HR Recruiting Knowledge.
  • Prior experience in Marketing/ Operations hiring is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR Hiring & Talent Management.
  • Proficient with excel and handling internal recruitment software.
