It has a strong brand presence with significant market share across segments in India, South East Asia, East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.Looking for Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager - Bangalore locationPosition Overview :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) firm. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, possess exceptional sourcing skills, and be able to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys objectives and growth plans.- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending employment offers.- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners to support hiring needs.- Develop and maintain effective employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice within the FMCG industry.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, recommending improvements to optimize the recruitment process.- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree/P.G in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role within the FMCG industry.- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.- Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, including market trends, competitors, and talent availability.- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Talent Acquisition Manager role.
