You work well without excessive direct supervision and love to feel like you are part of something bigger.Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Communicate with peer leadership, executives, and a broad range of stakeholders to analyze behavior to justify program investment or retirement, create dashboards and reports, and support the understanding of Web metrics.
  • Support development of data collection and distribution standards to increase the reach of business-critical intelligence through a scalable model.
  • Set standards for conversion/activity reporting and actively work to ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop, govern, and maintain data collection and reporting standards.
  • Identify automated business intelligence approaches that yield valid metrics and actionable data.
  • Educate the business on the power of Web Intelligence, the role it plays in portfolio management, customer retention, goal achievement, revenue, etc., and how to perform basic interpretation.
  • Interface with other departments and actively work in concert with cross-company counterparts to extract data from a variety of resources and to help drive common business intelligence best practices throughout Citrix
  • Work with Web developers to translate business requirements into analytics requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical program managers to ensure that intelligence gathering and reporting solutions meet business needs, KPIs are actionable, and goals are achievable and measurable.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze traffic patterns, KPIs, conversion metrics, and site usage, and utilize advanced analysis techniques to develop new ways of segmenting data and yield new insights.
  • Uncover opportunities for optimizing conversion paths to support site goals.
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
  • Familiarity with the following: internet marketing, interactive marketing concepts and strategies, web technology, relational database and data warehouse technologies, SQL, query tools, and basic database design concepts
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings internally and externally at all levels of the organization.
  • Execution-oriented, self-starter who can prioritize and balance demands of multiple projects
  • Proven track record in data management, analysis, business intelligence, and reporting
  • Outstanding team player and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytics technical aptitude and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
  • Acute proficiency with a broad range of Web-based and desktop analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, SiteCatalyst, Tableau, SuperData, Google Big Data, Qualtrics, Optimizely, ClickTale. Presentable certifications a plus.
  • 5 years experience preparing data analysis and reports and presenting to management
  • 2 years management experience
  • Bachelor s degree in math or statistical analysis or equivalent education required
  • Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering, and modeling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations
