Responsible for capital spend evaluation by project against budget and norms.Track all projects against the target date of store opening to avoid dead rent and escalation of cost.Develop vendor rating score card covering performance pricing quality knowledge etc- KRA 1- KRA 2- KRA 3.To account for the complete sales accounts of Trade, Key accounts, E- Commerce & expenses and customer master. To ensure the correctness in pricing, billing, discounts, timely collection process, expenses reimbursements. To ensure timely submission of MIS reports to the management for the decision and forecasting. To ensure the auditing (internal, statutory, system, revenue) completion on time as per the policy and relevant statutory norms Handling accounts of 25 MDPs comprising of 3000 customers, 1200 departmental store (10 Major stores), 350 Factory second customers, 30 Major Distributors, 150 clearance sales, 100 Innerwear Distributors, B2B, B2C and Market Place model in Ecommerce.Receivable Management: Ensuring correct monitoring, accounting, and timely banking of Receivables as per due dates as per the policy. Ensuring proper highlights, disposal of outstanding receivables over 60 days.Ensuring full control over License / Consignment / Clearance Sale transactions.Timely closure of monthly booksAdherence to SOPsProcess Improvement Testing of current processes and evaluating new or improved processes for better efficiency by eliminating bottlenecks in the current processes.Initiation of the new process developments and make it more useful to the company in terms of added control, reduction of cost, accuracy.*MBA- Finance/ M.com/ Chartered Accountant,
