1. Work closely with respective city leadership teams ( BUH, CGMs, Marketing executives) to grow verticals OPD in individual cities a. Improve the distribution for the category though: i. Geographic expansion to increase reach ii. Slot extensions to improve the availability b. Build a strong supply for the category by i. On-boarding top key restaurants in the area ii. Build a catalog of exclusive items iii. Maintain a healthy churn of restaurants and dishes c. Increase category awareness and grow the user base by i. Planning and executing BTL and other city level marketing activities d. Hyperlocal growth hacking for the category 2. Work closely with Cluster and city business heads to make the category sustainable ( achieve the UE target for the region) a. Ensure that various monetization activities are executed in respective cities and the category achieves RPO target for the region b. Ensure execution of centrally aligned plans to reduce the cost per delivery for the category 3. Ensure that a high bar for consumer experience is maintained a. Monitor and maintain a high NPS for the category b. Monitor and maintain a low cancellation rate, SLA and a high level of ratings 4. Create a city level QOP and AOP for the category in line with the category AOP and ensure that individual city units deliver on the aligned plan through regular reviews Looking for candidates who are - 1. Extremely strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving 2. Should have an over-all P& L thought process, trade-offs that need to be made and impact of various decision on different line items of the P& L 3. Have a very high bias for action and wants to get things done yesterday balanced with equally high strive for excellence 4. High level of detail orientation to be able to build operating plans for the business at a hyperlocal level and efficient bandwidth utilization of teams 5. Good influencing skills and stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from external stakeholders ( mainly city leadership teams) 6. Collaborative 7.
