- Develop and execute Product GTM o Timelines, Adoption goals, and Performance metrics o Build core content and compelling assets to articulate customer value, industry use cases, competitive differentiation and benchmarking ( customer case studies, videos, presentations, how to guides, comparison tools, and more) o Develop enablement assets and training materials ( decks, battle cards, videos, playbooks, white papers, and more o Work effectively across Swiggy with stakeholder such as supply, operations, business, marketing, product and finance to project-manage implementation and achieve GTM goals - Product Management Infra-Structure o Feedback and Feedforward systems/Amplify User voice- Execute internal and external feedback loops to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests o Infra/Set-up for experiments- Aiding the execution of experimenting with co-ordinating the city teams and central stake holders o Building repository of products -Building training materials, help documents, FAQ etc o Performance Management- Weekly reports, Adoption and performance metrics, creating dashboards, qualitative inputs - Manage/Maintain Core logistics/Delivery products Configs & Rule Based Serviceability ( RBS) o Work with city teams, gather requirement and manage BAU configs and support experiments o Work with expansion team and support the configuration set-up and SOP management for all new city launches. Skillsets Effective Analytical & Communications Skills Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.
