Job Description

    Purpose/Essence of the role: Manage overall transition program including timelines, resource allocation and budget, compliance, reporting, governance.Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the above mentioned role / role designation:1. Knowledge Management: Manage creation, deployment and reuse of knowledge artifacts created across different transition programs and facilitate adoption of best practices.2. Transition Planning: Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.3. Strategy - planning & formulation: Provides inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.4. Transition Financial Management: Plan, deploy and manage financials for the transition program5. Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Continually strive towards, innovating & improving transition methodology, implementation of best practices within the group.6. Compliance to Transition Framework and Methodology: Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.7. Contract Management: Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during.8. Resource Planning & Allocation: Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.,
