Job Description

    Manufacturing Excellence under Supply Chain & Operations drives the design and delivery of transformation programs on the manufacturing shop floor. We bring world class tools, techniques, methodologies and thought leadership to our clients that creates a differentiation for our clients.We assess, solution and deliver initiatives that achieve rapid and sustainable performance improvement for our clients, in the following areas :- Capacity Enhancement- Manufacturing Cost Reduction- Yield Improvement - Energy Conservation- Shop Floor Productivity Improvement- Ability to connect strategic goals of a company with Shop Floor Processes and Activities through Operational Excellence methodologies.- Conducting Assessment of client manufacturing facilities around Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities etc.- Support in Business Development and Asset Building, thought Capital Enhancement activities - Training and building capability of client employees in Manufacturing/Operational Excellence - Green Belt/Black Belt (DMAIC & DFSS) and Kaizen Events- Proficient in concepts and application of Operational Excellence methodologies- Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi-location global organizations- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams Skills and attributes for success :- Ability to connect strategic goals of a company with Shop Floor Processes and Activities through Operational Excellence methodologies.- Conducting Assessment of client manufacturing facilities around Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities etc.- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams - Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of supply chain. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base. - Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. - Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services.
