Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for a Leading Client in Scientific instruments for below role on Contract:Position can be converted into fulltime role with the Client based on performanceRemuneration -10-13 LPA.Marketing Automation Specialist.You will design and deliver best-in-class marketing automation solutions to support campaign execution for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (CMD) division. In this role, you can expect to collaborate with various internal marketing stakeholders to create engaging and high-performing email and web content, developed to enhance the customer experience and deliver against program targets.Responsibilities :Project manage end-to-end development of marketing automation campaigns to create evergreen customer journeys that maximize returnDevelop, produce, and perform QA reviews of email and web content in association with Marcom and business unit partnersSchedule and deploy emails through EloquaPlan and perform A/B testing to define and deploy email and web enhancements to improve conversion and engagement resultsTag and perform QA reviews of email messages to ensure collection of appropriate dataWork directly with Corporate Marketing, IT, Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology teams to align on initiatives and roadmaps in relation to marketing automation strategiesOwn the development of promotional and event webpages, driving project teams forward by advising on digital best practices for Tier 1 & large eventsLead the strategy for custom form development, managing front and back end set up, collaborating with various teams for effective and accurate data collectionWork with Marcom, Regional & Vertical marketing partners to better understand customer audiences and personas, and provide recommendations to tailor email and web communications for maximum engagementResearch, develop and share email and web best practice solutions to continually improve channel performance and customer experienceUnderstand and implement global CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and other opt-in policies, guidelines and laws. Rigorously adhere to customer data privacy policies throughout all marketing effortsWork across a variety of marketing tools including, but not limited to, WordPress, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager & CQ, Hybris CMS, Salesforce.com and WorkfrontExperience4-6 years experience in a marketing automation function, preferably in a B2B or scientific setting.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :Demonstrated experience planning and managing all aspects of complex marketing automation campaigns, including audience segmentation and automated email journeys.Experience with marketing automation software; Eloqua is highly desirableExperience developing and driving email and web governance models across a matrix organization.Demonstrated experience creating email messages the render properly on desktop, mobile, and tablet.Experience with Web development projects; HTML and CSS knowledge.Ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement at tactic level.Be able to work independently with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.Proficient knowledge of contemporary
