Job Description

Mechanical Engineers research, design, and develop mechanical and electromechanical devices or systems. Responsibilities include development of system concepts, conducting design previews, performing system acceptance, and resolving design and implementation issues.Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.Converting product landing zone requirements into thermal mechanical specifications.Requires an advanced working knowledge in thermal-mechanical domain to perform first order calculations, tolerance analysis, material assessment, lab measurements, heat transfer, fluid flow, blower designIntegrates the advanced working knowledge of other disciplines to strategize project direction.Demonstrates consistent innovation and creativity in approach.Forecasts future internal or external needs and impacts planning objectives and strategies for the organization.Consistently applies strategic thinking to develop and drive solutions to a wide range of theoretical and practical problems.Develops strategy for the group to solve wide range of problems in innovative ways.Decisions consistently and directly impact the performance and direction of the organization.Serves as internal consultant to senior management and external spokesperson for the organization on critical projects and/or matters of company policy and practices.Qualifications Qualification:
• Masters degree or equivalent in Thermal/ Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Experience in Thermal and Fluid design
• Expert in CFD, thermal and flow measurement
Preferred Qualification:
• Experience working in complex technical analysis within system integration, testing or validation.
• Expertise working on PC, server, or embedded systems.
• Expert and hands-on experience in CFD packages like Flotherm, Icepak, Fluent, COMSOL, other CFD software or Creo/Ansys/Abaqus etc.
• Experience in CPU thermal management and system level design
