Job Description

- We are looking for a strong, independent and innovative thinker for Category marketing Department - You will be working in a customer facing environment with direct reporting to head of category marketing. Day to day activities will need the following skill set in an ideal candidate :- Lead the budget allocation, planning and execution of gamification constructs to drive order growth for Meesho app.- Analyse data, identify trends and insights, and optimize on performance based on the insights.- Come up with new initiatives to drive order growth and optimise on user funnels.- Measure and timely report performance of marketing constructs- Should be goal oriented and able to track and report performance of various constructs/activities/campaigns in a timely manner.- Should be able to approach problems in a structured manner.,
