    About Meesho : Meesho is building a disruptive distribution channel via social selling on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social channels. Meesho has so far enabled more than 50 thousand suppliers and 7 million entrepreneurs to start and grow their online business without any investment, providing tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. These entrepreneurs are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens, and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India.Meesho is Series D funded with a new investment round led by South African company Prosus (Naspers Ventures) along with participation from Facebook and existing investors such as Elevation (SAIF), Sequoia, Shunwei Capital, RPS and Venture Highway. Meesho is headquartered in Bengaluru, India and was one of the three Indian companies to be selected for Y Combinator in 2016. It was also a part of the first batch of Google Launchpad - Solve for India programme. About Farmiso : Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers.At Farmiso, we are building the most cost-effective distribution channel using micro entrepreneurs to disrupt the grocery market in lower tier cities of India. We are onto the journey of creating a hyperlocal farmer marketplace for fresh food and vegetables and solve the intermediate inefficiencies in the distribution system.Farmiso is an early stage mini start-up within Meesho with a completely different supply chain and modus operandi. We are a bunch of high energy enthusiasts working towards creating something cool and something big. Job Briefs: 1) Subject matter expert for F&V, know the nuances for this business.2) Drive quality function across the organization.3) Monitor warehouse Operations and identify improvement opportunities.4) Deep dive into key areas (affecting Business metrics) to identify areas of improvement.5) Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals.6) Shall actively be involved in RCA of customer complaints and initiating corrective/preventive actions through operations.7) To maintain the Quality Audit metrics required to ensure the effectiveness of the new and the old processes.8) To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement.
