  • Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a-Configuration of the Micro Focus Suite Monitoring tools as per the custom requirements b-Integration of MF tools internally as well as with existing vendor tools c- Customer presentations based on the solution deployed
      • Technical Experience : a-Knowledge of OMi and Ops connector with configuration of 3rd party content pack Like OEM, NNMi integration etc b-Knowledge in custom service modelling, ASM custom discovery using specialized TQL queries c-In depth knowledge of Integration between different tools of the MF suite as well as with external tools for APM and ITSMd-configuration of reports in OBR dashboards in BVD
      • Professional Attributes : a-Excellent written and verbal communication skills b-Excellent analytical skills c-Excellent project management and time-management skills d-Strong problem solving skills e-Excellent teamwork and team building skills Minimum
      • Educational Qualification : a-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field;
