  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Must Have Skills :Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online
  • Good To Have Skills :HTML (Hypertext Markup Language),JavaScript,JQuery
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration, troubleshooting and Application Management and Support Manage and oversee the HR operations related applications and services Application management and support for the tools and processes for Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning Management systems running on SaaS platforms like SumTotal and Avature and custom applications running on both cloud and on premises
      • Technical Experience : Experience in SharePoint Online Access Management, Site/List Management, Modern sites, O365 Group connected sites, creating Surveys is essential Create and support business workflows using MS Flow and SharePoint Online Knowledge in JavaScript, SQL queries, HTML5, jQuery needed Reporting using PowerBI is needed Experience in PowerShell and Automation Experience in SumTotal and Avature platform will be an added advantage
      • Professional Attributes : Good Technical aptitude, problem solving skills, Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and build skills to match with the fast changing industry needs Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
