      • Key Responsibilities : A: In depth knowledge of all Windows services and Administration experience B: Troubleshooting ESXi and VM performance based on Cpu, Ram, Network, Storage using VMA C: Deep knowledge on FSMO Flexible single master operations D: Sites and services E: Troubleshoot on replication and Diagnostic on Domain controllers F: Prepare the RCA for the problem tickets G: Must follow the SLA
      • Technical Experience : A: Experience and deep skills for troubleshooting on the services like ADDS, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, AD-RMS Esxi 5X and 60,65 and 67, vCenter, SRM, vMotion, DRS, HA and FT B: HorizonView VDI C: Technical documentation skills
    • Professional Attributes : Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
