Responsibilities:Get users for our mobile appsContinually source, evaluate and test new user acquisition channels to grow and diversify sources of trafficImprove User Acquisition and Lead Generation to efficiently grow our customer baseWork on creating growth hacks such as referral programs, gamification and so onDesign a user on- boarding process that leads to high user engagement and ultimately retentionConduct A/ B testing to improve acquisition and conversion funnelsSet testing design, KPIs and report on success. Develop digital marketing reporting and understand learning s across campaignsTrack and analyze results to identify optimization opportunities to increase conversion and new usersContinuously monitor CPA and identify channels that drive users with highest LTV through lowest CPARequirements:Background in marketing or product managementPrevious experience of working on mobile app user acquisitionClear understanding of App store optimization, Facebook ads and other mobile app user acquisition channelsUnderstanding of content marketing channels, paid and unpaid.Strong with Google Analytics and mobile attribution systems such as mobile app tracking, adjust, apsalar and so on.Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and pivot tables.A natural communicator who can creatively synthesize volumes of data into key trends, observations, and actions either written or orallyInnate interest in learning about customer s behavior through numbers and qualitative dataBasic understanding of statisticsProactive, creative, driven and willing to learn what you don t already know,
