Essentials Experience in installation and configuration of MS CRM 4.0 Exposure to application development using Microsoft technologies and deployment of MS CRM 4.0 Hands on experience using plugins, custom workflows and reports. Working knowledge on .Net technologies (C#, ASP.NET, WCF, writing windows services, web services, registering DLLs etc) and code review. Fundamentals of database concepts with knowledge of SQL, TSQL, SSRS is essential. Knowledge of HTML/ DHTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, Ajax is vital. Strong scripting skills (Customizations would be an important skill, around Workflow and Meta- data driven) is preferred. Functional knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Service Modules is mandatory. Exposure to data migration and MS CRM offline client is essential Must have strong expertise in client interfacing and requirement gathering.
