Job Description

    Part of the core team responsible for building and managing advanced data engineering products/ solutions.Customer facing skills to represent Data Engineering team and drive discussions with senior management regarding trade-offs, best practices, product management and risk mitigationDemonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment.Hands on experience leading large-scale global data warehousing and analytics projectsDemonstrate high degree of agility to meet fluid and dynamic business needs.Ability to prioritize and triage deadline-driven tasks in a high-pressure environmentCollaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop/enhance data platform architectures using Azure.Mentor team members in their day-to-day project activities - understanding customer requirements, creating solution proposals and creating data service offerings.Work closely with adjacent teams, product owners, SMEs to gather use cases, build data pipelines and make solution proposals.Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, actionable mannerExperience Microsoft Azure - Experience in data analytics solution component from Microsoft Azure - Azure App services, Kubernetes Service ML Ops - Experience with creating and maintaining data loops for deep learning applications, Cloud native workflows and data connections.Should understand requirements of a deep learning closed loop to improve network performance over iterations. Good to have Active learning loop experience.Experience with Python, Java, SQL and NoSQL DatabasesExperience in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume data from various sourcesMinimum 5 year of experience working with GIT as source control and should understand the concepts around pull requests, branches, repositoriesHistory of working successfully with cross-functional engineering teamsThe candidate must possess good oral and written communication skills.Good to have knowledge of Python libraries - NumPy, SciPy, PandasCreating predictive models for AI and ML-based features,
