• Create and handle programs within Network Services including but not limited to operations support, metrics, and process management
• Responsible for services delivery organization beyond their own competency to effective deploy, manage, and communicate with regards to the programs under their management
• Responsible for the identification of program measurements to measure, track and report on the effectiveness of business program
• Sustain the necessary data throughput rate by monitoring networking activity and maintaining existing equipment
• Respond to network connectivity issues and resolve any wireless communication issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in IT Network domain
• Proven expertise in Cisco Nexus Devices / IOS for 8k,7Ks, 5Ks, 2Ks and 1Ks
• Hands-on experience in Security technologies like Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN, etc
• Demonstrated ability in routing and switching (BGP, EIGRP etc.) along with WAN/LAN technologies, Load Balancing (F5, Cisco, NetScaler)
• Ability to identify network problem and resolve the issues within agreed timelines

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Experience in network management systems and tools such as: Spectrum, eHealth, Wireshark, ftp, SSH, Secure CRT
• CCNA or other network certifications is highly desired
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
