Job Description

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the worlds most challenging problems If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Network engineers that enjoy solving problems, You will have strong network troubleshooting skills, drive to ensure robust network performance, and support secure communications with a high number of connected customers.Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network segmentation in highly complex with multi-tier applications.
  • Understand requirements and build connectivity following SOS security architecture
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues
  • Perform day-to-day operations and manage Firewall, VPN, and Load Balancer devices
  • Suggest and propose architectural changes to improve efficiency
  • Use acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth Knowledge Base articles
  • Lead efforts to design, & implement core network & security technologies in data-center environments
  • Apply industry best practice standards on network infrastructure builds in a world wide environment
  • Excellent collaboration with team members and other IT organizations to successfully support the suite of tools offered by the SOS team
  • Effectively communicate with customers and partners using collaboration tools regarding technical issue
  • Act as an escalation point for network 2.0 engineers to resolve complicated network issue
  • Involve in architecture level discussion as and when required.
  • Recommend and perform technological platform upgrades
  • Provide network design inputs as and when required
  • As part of global network project team ensure timely delivery of agreed project modules
  • Design and drive technical operation improvements
  • Coordinate with OEMs ( Juniper / Cisco, Palo Alto etc) and drive resolution for complicated network issues
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8-10 years in Network trouble shooting / designing experience
  • Proven knowledge understanding of various network tools ( Netim, Thousand eyes, Solar winds etc)
  • CISCO / Juniper professional level certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Proven Network Engineering and Operations skills with experience in leading Network and Security platforms, Network Routing, Switching, and Security Firewall and Proxy technologies
  • Maintain latest security and compliance posture for all devices supported.
  • Do deep dive, trouble shoot and resolve network issues reported for various platforms ( Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto etc)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • CCIE or equivilant technical knowledge
  • Scripting skills
