Job Description

Dear Candidates We have a Immediate Requirement of Professional Service Engineer/Network Engineerfor one of our Client at Bangalore Location.Summary:Work Location: BangaloreExperience: 4 to 6years experience level is required.Position:Immediate joines preffered within 15/20 days joiners acceptable.JD forProfessional Service Engineer

  • Required Competencies
  • Conducting regular network performance tests.
  • Dealing with escalated network support issues.
  • Drawing up network status reports.
  • Planning changes and risk assessment in Network and Cloud devices and supporting incidents, Problem ticket.
  • Hands on experience in creating and troubleshooting Site to site VPN with multi-vendor firewall and routers.
  • Good understanding, hands-on experience and troubleshooting in Routing and switching data center environment. (Cisco / Juniper/etc)
  • Good understanding, hands-on experience and troubleshooting of firewalls, Load Balancers
  • Good understanding in the ITIL framework.
  • Ready to work in 24/7 or Customer required shift.
  • Knowledge in Network Monitoring/log analysis tools.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Requirement gathering skills.
  • Optional Skills and good to have
  • Knowledge in DNS infrastructure.
  • Mentoring Best practices to the organization and other team members.
  • Have a full stake experience/knowledge in Datacenter process for network operation, service integration and migration.
