Responsible of definition, implementation and configuration of Network, OS, and HW solution. Maintain and optimize networks and servers for both client or internal needs in accordance to guidelines of TMS IT Responsibilities
• Maintain and optimize networks and servers
• Run installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
• Execute system performance and recommend improvements
• IT and cybersecurity management on a day-by-day basis in activities/support for users in a continues delivery/agile approach
• Design of Datacentre IT platforms for TMS contracts
• IT Architecture Requirements analysis and discussions with customers
• To contribute to the monitoring of the technologies available on the market and to the definition of a possible evolution of the TMS platform (IT architectures)
• To maintain the internal know-how on these technologies
• To define and validate the detailed instructions, technical manuals and best practices, guidelines for configuration, installation, system management
• To provide 3rd line support for Customer Service
Educational Requirements University Degree in Electronics or Information Technology is preferred Technical Knowledge / Experience 6+ years experience in Information and Communication Technology and in detail about: Advanced Data Center design and management (servers, networking, storage) Advanced hypervisor knowledge VMWare, Hyper-V or KVM Advanced networking knowledge based on Cisco Advanced Systems administration in Windows and/or Linux Hybrid Cloud management (on Premise + Azure or Google) Strong analytical skills - Ability to understand the real time behaviour, complex systems with client/server applications (Windows, OPC,.) and distributed database (XML, SQL, ) IT Cybersecuirty principles Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration principles Scripting competency Advanced experience in troubleshooting Technical documentation management Specifies validation test objectives, designs test cases, develops test procedures (test files and scenario), and ensures traceability vs requirements according to Requirements Management Plan Ability build scenarios to analyse and or re-produce field defects in the platform environment ; analyse/identify the root cause to the module level precision Ability to understand system modelling & simulation methods and manage validation platforms Should have sound knowledge of Windows (2K, XP,Win7), MS office tools Knowledge of OOPs concepts, Scripting (InstallShield/VB/VBA) OPC, XML, SQL, SIEM tools Qradar, Splunkand Networking fundamentals is desirable.
