Job Description

  • Planning, design, and deployment of Cloud solutions.
  • Indepth understanding of Infrastructure (Server/Storage/Network) sizing, consolidation, virtualization and thin-provisioning
  • Installation and administration experience in one or more Openstack, Mirantis Openstack, Redhat Openstack, etc
  • Experience with RDBMS and noSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) is highly desired
  • Knowledge & Experience with opensource IaaS environments such as OpenStack.
  • Installation and administration experience in Hyper-visors one or more KVM/RHEV, VMware vSphere/ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, Veritas Storage foundation and Cluster Server
  • 4-5 years of experience in Openstack, Cloud orchestration & configuration management tools (chef/puppet )
  • Storage Legacy Storage and Software Defined Storage, Object Storage,
  • Installation and administration experience in Operating Systems Unix, Linux
  • Strong communication skills and business orientation
  • Work with customer throughout a delivery project life cycle - project management, planning, architecture (including HLD, LLD etc.), deploying and configuring state of the art Segmentation platform
  • Deliver advanced professional services (such as training / expansions / configurations / optimizations) according to SoW
  • Work closely with members of Support and Engineering teams to quickly resolve any client issues
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with a remote/global team
  • Strong sales and presentation skills coupled with ability to articulate product benefits in front of customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on Infrastructure security & optimization.
  • Basic knowledge/understanding for API Scripting and automation (i.e. Python, XML/JSON, Restful APIs, Jinja Templates).

  • Cloud certifications
  • Perform post sales solution design with Enterprise customers.
  • Propose and Validate BoM for Network Infrastructure solutions.
  • Preparing High Level & Low-Level designs as per Solution.
  • Design and Implementation of infrastructure solutions & Components.
  • Working implementing infrastructure compliance based on standard frameworks
  • Understand customer requirements, translating them into refined and detailed specification documents
  • Provide resolution to project or customer issues, following proper escalation procedures, in a timely fashion
  • Create project documentation and procedures
  • Work independently with technical and business stakeholders Understand business problems and perform due diligence
  • Estimate and outline the solution approaches, can express and articulate the architecture and design rationale
  • Hands on in implementing proposed solutions and be able to technically guide extended teams during development and deployment of solution
  • Has a complete technical ownership of the delivery
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similarMinimum years of relevant experience: Min 8 years of relevant work experience.,
