Translates business requirements into solution designs including technical specifications and recommended process changes. Designs and configures modules to enhance application functionality and improve system efficiency. May code individual modules and complex functions. Ensures existing software applications can be integrated into software solutions. Responsible for data conversions, testing activities and aspects of reporting. Possesses an understanding of system architecture and makes recommendations that facilitate stability. Manages the details of overall project schedules and deliverables. Has the ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with both business and technical partners. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency.,
