Job Description

We are looking for IT Executive to manage and handle the following :-

  • Server functioning and working including active directories, networking, USP, ISP, etc
  • Ensuring the server is functioning properly at any given point of time, IT security in terms of firewall and anti virus and ensuring the same is updated on regular basis
  • Daily back up of the server and the recording of the call server
  • Management of internal email ids and configuring the same for team members (maintaining the details in terms of password, etc)
  • Trouble shooting any Microsoft Office issues, primarily use excel and outlook from Microsoft Office or networking or OS issues in case any.
  • Managing the internet connectivity of the office and the wi-fi facilities across all machines including server and laptops
  • Ensuring all thin clients, server, laptops, desktops are in working condition and in case not repairing the same or getting it repaired from outside in case required
  • Creating access for users in terms of their job profile and process, ensuring limited folders and also limited internet access is provided to members
  • Scanner and printer configuration and access to be given to the relevant team members
  • All our phone lines are to be recorded, the complete infrastructure for the same to be managed, including pulling out recorded calls and sharing internally or with clients
  • IT procurement for the the office needs to be taken care of along with inventory management of software and hardware.
