Must have a strong understanding of Human anatomy and proportions as it translates to 3D asset. The artist will be responsible for a timely creative execution of all models which will be used in multiple digital experiences. Core responsibilities of this job are described as below.Role:Create highly photorealistic 3D models and textures in accordance with the art direction, production deadlines and technical specificationsCollaborate with the Art Director and Concept Artists to develop look and feel of assets.Strong understanding of human anatomy, clothing construction (wrinkle behavior), proportion, silhouette, and topology, and how it relates to rendering and deformation.Strong understanding of a broad mix of character-related disciplines such as modeling, texturing, shading, rigging and binding, animation, facial animation, and blend shapes.Strong understanding of UV coordinate space and texturing, should be able to follow design reference accurately to create 3D models.Should have a strong sense of scale, form, weight and volume, uses artistic and technical skills to work on all aspects of CG images or shotsWork diligently with a cohesive team of 3d artists within the full CG team, perpetually follow the standards for files, file types and folder structures followed by the CG team.Should have the ability to quality check their own output as per the standardsBe able to execute to the needs of the development teams, creative teams and project management teams.Researches and makes opportunities to learn new technologies and implement required efficient changes to workflow.Strong time management and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work. Understands the principles and practices of physically based workflows and texturing.Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent.10+ years experience in character creation (Human Anatomy).Expert knowledge of 3DsMax/ Maya, Photoshop and Substance, ZBrush.Experience creating efficient and clean models with proper UV layout, basic rigging and posing.Ideal portfolio should consist of highly detailed character models (humans & creatures) with realistic painted textures and shading.Good understanding of human anatomy, experience in working with 3D effects such as Particles, fluids, collision dynamics and compositing is an added advantage.Technical expertise, experience with Marvelous Designer is an added advantage.Good with both written and oral communication, high level of problem solving or creative thinking skills and ability to work collaboratively.
