Role : Operations HeadWork Location : BangaloreExperience : 10+yrsEssential: Overall experience of 8 to 10 years with at least 5 yrs in retail sales of Banking or Financial Services. Experience in managing a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) or DST required. Experience in card related payment products desired and experience in handling merchant acquisition would be a clear advantage. Demonstrated strength on achieving targets/ sales numbers required Others: Knowledge or experience in Southern states desirable. Should be willing to travel extensively. Description of Function and Responsibilities: Overall Head of Operations for a new Mobile Payment service. Will be responsible for key aspects of the operations including merchant acquisition & customer enrollmentKey elements of functional role will include o setting up and managing of Feet on Street (FOS) Agents & Supervisors for merchant enrollment & customer KYC, o training, supervision, o reporting to senior management, o defining and setting up the process for operations including document collection & management, o merchant mapping and allocation of targets to DSAs/ DSTo Support in marketing efforts for customer acquisition. Key Result Areas include acquisition of merchants and enablement of customers in Southern States. This is for a new mobile payment platform which is linked to a pre-paid wallet. The company is looking at aggressive growth and the Operations Head will be responsible for attainments of the Sales numbers pertaining to the merchant acquisition.,
