Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, the company has global presence with offices in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.Key Responsibilities: Must have experience on Oracle EBS Financials in implementation/ Support/ upgrade type of projects. Minimum 2 End to End oracle financials implementation in various industries. Must have good functional knowledge and Hands-on experience on Oracle Apps financials (R12) modules such as AR/ AP/ GL/ FA/ CM/ AGIS/ iExpenses. Must have good knowledge on SLA and accounting. Knowledge on other modules like Revenue Management, Cost Management, PA, iProcurement, OM, Inventory and Purchasing is an added advantage. Oracle Fusion knowledge is desirable. Proficient on AIM Methodology. Proficient in preparing Functional Design Documents. Good knowledge on period close activities and reconciliation. Good accounting knowledge Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR s with Oracle Support. Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Must have pre-sales experience in preparing customer presentations, responses to RFP etc. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand of business process. Should be good at mapping business scenarios to the standard product, identifying gaps and providing workarounds. Ability to work in a highly customized Oracle Applications Environment. Ability to lead analysis, CRP and solution presentation workshops. Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence. A self-driven person with strong drive and motivation. Must be an innovative thinker and problem solver. Focus on quality and timely delivery. Highly Innovative. Basic SQL knowledge is preferable.
