About the group (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.About the role:
1. Partners with business to envision and design solutions for learning excellence projects on Cornerstone LMS to simplify, digitize and step up the learning performance.
2. Provides technical feasibility analysis of the business requirement vis a vis platform functionalities and IPO big rules implications. Conducts Discovery and solution design workshops.
3. Responsible for the system configuration, UAT design and execution, change management and global deployment of new functionality
4. Provides Technical support to Learning services and Learning solutions team in designing a business process improvement on LMS and managing the platform governance.
5. Acts as a Technical authority on the Cornerstone and has ability to train and certify new users from learning community.
6. Simplify the UI interface for both-learning administrators and end users by regularly conducting comprehensive system audit and building evolutionary platform development roadmap.
7. Maintains and Manages extensive documentation of Portfolio of programs and Projects. Build strong partnerships with the Learning community.
8. Is continuously aware of the evolving digital learning ecosystem, players and technologies and its implication for current LMS and learning solution.
Qualifications & Certifications
1. Master of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
2. Project Management experience
3. HTML/Web, App design, Mobile technology and API/Web service know -how
4. Master of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
5. Excellent oral and communication skills
Preferred
1. High level of attention to detail
2. Strong Project management skills
3. Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings
4. Must be able to work and lead matrix teams
5. Strong knowledge of learning technology, content management and LMS

Technical/Project Management
1. Is certified on CSOD or equivalent LMS (Sum total, Saba, SuccessFactors (SaaS-based). Has worked on providing End to End service to customers on CSOD/LMS platform. Is Hands-on on the configuration of features and functionalities in the LMS
2. Has himself/herself carried /Led (in project leader capacity) the implementation of LMS- System configuration, integration of LMS with Oracle-HCMS or Peoplesoft and is aware about technical configuration of both
3. Has handled CSOD Releases
4. Has worked extensively on integration of LMS with intranet, social platforms like our spice social and is aware about- Architecture, Security and all other aspects of system integration
5. Is familiar with the tools like captivate etc. himself/herself and is aware of gaming, assessments, videos and all other content developing standards
6. Has worked on mobile enablement of learning platform
7. Is aware about the recent technology innovation and tools in learning technology space

1. Managing and tracking of activities/tasks
