Job Description

Urgent Hirings for Oracle Sales Cloud- Techno/Functional Specialist!!

  • Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to alignOracles CX.
  • Cloudapplications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices. Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate.
  • product features and benefits, and configure and test overallOracleCloudsolutions that delight the clients. Effectively utilize theOracleCXSales/EngagementCloudplatform, Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutions.
  • Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement. Adhere to allOracleCloudsecurity policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities.
  • Build and present customized demonstrations forSalescloudand related product offerings. Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interdependencies and interaction between
  • Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned or new skills with team members
Ideal Candidate should have the following qualifications/skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BE/BCA/MCA/ BSc Comp) or a technical field from a reputable 4-year college/university
  • Overall, 4-8 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 4 years of consulting experience in the CX Domain
  • Proven experience as a techno-functional consultant on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales/Engagement Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must Sales Force Automation Cloud Engagement Cloud Incentive Compensation Cloud Sales Performance Management Cloud Partner Relationship Management Cloud
  • Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Sales/Engagement Cloud
  • Prior hands-on experience in implementing new enhancements including functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc is mandatory.
  • Experience developing process flow diagrams, gather requirements, conducting workshops, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Experience with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc.
  • Ability to provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times and act as a customer advocate.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM business process with solid business analysis skills.
In addition, successful Candidates will have the following preferred skills/background:
  • Excellent customer facing & interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Prior experience of working with US based clients/counterparts
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations
  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
