In this role, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing application environments. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Weblogic administration, working closely with stakeholders to support business-critical applications while contributing to automation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Weblogic Application Servers across development and production environments.
• Perform L1 & L2 troubleshooting for Weblogic and related application issues.
• Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and apply tuning techniques for optimal application delivery.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for server management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement remediation measures as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates on system performance, risks, and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and team discussions as an SME.
Must Have Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
• Strong understanding of application server architecture, deployment, and clustering.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning Weblogic applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, WLST) for automation.
• Knowledge of security configurations and best practices for application servers.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• This position is based at our Gurugram.
• A 15 years full time education is required
