Report to the floor in charge on duty. Check and take over the instruments and equipments. Take charge of the patient and patients records. On admission receive the patient and make him / her comfortable.She/he is responsible for the complete nursing care of the patient. Responsible for sending all items for sterilization to CSSD. Responsible for completing entries in the OT register,Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions. Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures. Writing records. Supervising juniorstaff.
