About Cashfree: Founded in 2015, Cashfree is a PayPal incubated start-up which aims to provide a single platform for businesses to disburse and collect payments in India via its Payouts and Payment Gateway products. Y-Combinator (S17) backed Cashfree has raised a series B funding of $ 35.5 Mn (Total funding of $41 Mn- Valued at $200 Mn led by Apis partners, South- Korean based VC Smilegate investments. Some of the other investors are Cabra VC, 9 Yards Capital, George Osborne (former chancellor of the exchequer of the United Kingdom) and Vellayan Subbiah (former managing director of Cholamandalam Investment). Cashfree is currently used by 65,000 businesses for vendor payouts, wage payouts, build refunds, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards. Some of its notable customers include Xiaomi, Tencent, Delhivery, Zomato, Cred, Club Factory, and ExxonMobil.What Youll do:- Doing research about early stage startups and the ecosystem- New customer acquisition in the Start-up vertical and conversion of leads- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies - Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives - Customer relationship management - Build and manage outbound business development pipeline - Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases - Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales - Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence What makes you a great fit:- Experience in building up sales pipeline, reaching out to clients proactively and closing the deal- Relevant experience in Fintech, preferably in online payments - Has fair understanding of payments space (preferably worked with ecommerce and/or partners) - Hunting role in previous organisation - Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements - Strong business acumen and product expertise,
