Job Description

The Partner Operations Lead delivers growth through the optimization of our fleet and managing relationships with our driver partners. As an POL you are responsible for continually improving customer experience through driver training, driver compliance and vehicle availability.

Manage acquisition, quality, compliance and happiness of our driver partners
Hire, coach and mentor a team of Partner Acquisition Managers
Ensure enough availability of driver partners within each territory
Ensure that all driver partners are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business
- Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus
- Attention to detail with the ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu/ Kannada
- A good understanding of the city will be a big plus ,
