Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to) Maintain and Deliver high quality and on time payroll services Handling payroll compliance (Mandatory). Ensure compliance with applicable local laws of respective countries and applicable government regulations Assure timeliness and accuracy of required statutory filings. Ensure all SLA s are met Answer payroll and benefit inquiries and resolve discrepancies as they arise. Manage the administrative portion of workers compensation plan and claims. Serve as a contact for vendors and Third- Party Administrators Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration. Maintain employee payroll records in accordance with company policy Manage Payroll Accounting Provide additional support to other accounting functions as required Willingness to support team / individual payroll related activities QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE Graduate with good command on verbal / written English Language 4 to 5 years of Payroll experience (EMEA / APAC countries) Hands on accounting and handling payroll compliance SKILLS Ability to plan and manage multiple projects with limited supervision and meeting deadlines Strong customer orientation, problem solving and support for company employees. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical for the processing of payroll and benefits. Problem analysis and problem resolution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and (PowerPoint).,
