Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of engineering in Electronics
  • Years of Experience: 4-8 years
Primary Responsibilities :
  • Work on PCB CAD tools OrCAD Capture CIS and Cadence Allegro for multilayer PCB design
  • Selection of OEM components like ICs, Tranistors, Controllers, SSRs, Opamps, diodes
  • Good understanding of Signal Integrity, EMI/EMC concepts, PCB DFM constraints
  • Digital, Analog, Power electronics circuit design and design calculations
  • Participates in the conceptualization, detail engineering, development, documentation, and test/validation of electronic board design or hardware design
  • Study and recommend corrective/improvement solutions for technical challenges/new products.
  • Create and Release system level PCB drawings & bill of materials using Engineering Change Management process.
  • Well versed with Part life cycle management, Obsolescence management activities.
  • May develop and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design.
  • Collaborates with other departments for procurement and assembly of electrical components/ equipment.
Mandatory Skills :
  • Knowledge of fundamentals of basic electronics
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and its packages
  • Hands on experience with PCB CAD Tool
  1. OrCAD capture CIS
  2. Cadence Allegro
  • Understanding and analysing schematics
  • Power electronics circuit design
  • Design using Opamp, microcontrollers
  • Hands on experience in multilayer PCB layout design
  • Signal integrity and EMI EMC concepts
    • Desirable Skills:
    • Circuit simulations using Pspice
    • Testing and trouble shooting of PCB assemblies
    • Well versed in using Osciloscope, Signal genarators, power supplies, network analyzers
