Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forPeople Business Partner | Blue VinePrinciple Responsibilities
    • Work with Bluevine Global and India Leadership to provide Coaching to the leaders, effective management, employee development best practices, etc. Provide guidance on employee issues and conflict resolution
    • Anchor HR induction, Cultural Orientation& monitor functional onboarding
    • Promote Diversity and Inclusion agenda in partnership with the global Bluevine team
    • Build and foster organizational culture
    • Monitor organizational Health through periodic surveys in line with global practice
    • Driving Employee Engagement, per the People engagement target
    • Employee Communications
    • HR Policy exceptions (g., relocation expenses, offer exceptions, BGV exceptions, etc.)
    • Performance Managementconsulting and administration
    • Employee Relations/ investigations
    • Administration of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
    • Creation & execution of EmployeesIndividual Development Plans (IDP)
    • Administration of POSH(prevention of sexual harassment) training andIC Committee
    • Administration of CorporateTalent Assessmentprocess
    Critical Skills, Abilities and Experience:
    • Candidates should have a work experience of 5-8 years in the relevant HRBP domain.Experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, high potential, succession planning, etc. Experience of having worked in startups or initial commencement of operations is preferred.
    • Experience of having worked in Financial Services, and / or Global Capability Centers is a plus.
    • Exposure to Bamboo HRIS is preferred
    • Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results
    • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking ability and hands on approach to the role
    • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
    • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of Karnataka employment laws
    Education and Certification
    • Masters in HR / Personnel Management from a Tier I or Tier II management college
    • Exposure to Psychometric tools like DISC, MBTI etc is a plus
