Our offering includes brokerage and investment advisory services, financial and wealth planning, access to credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, and retirement servicesPosition OverviewThe right candidate has (Responsibilities);

1. Provide E2E Performance Engineering and Testing services for WMT applications across WMT Tech Stack including on prem, private and public cloud (Azure).
2. Execute Change and Regression PE testing for in scope Applications and Platforms
3. Conduct different types of PE testing, including load, soak, scalability, stress, etc
4. Drive PE Shift Left adoption to democratize PE testing - conduct training/bootcamp/awareness sessions
5. Capture and socialize most common performance issues/insights with key stakeholders to prevent those from happening
6. Validate PE env readines and reconcile/adress differences between prod and non prod
7. Maintain existing PE tooling, including version upgrades & conduct tooling R&D
8. Support test data mining and test id/test data setup to enable PE testing
9. Effectively partner with SRE, Architecture, App Dev , Infra Eng and Capacity Management Teams
10. Enhance PE capabilities for integration with build pipeline both on prem and on the Cloud.

, *Skill SetPrimary skills

1. Expert in Jmeter and LoadRunner
2. Experience with Selenium or AutoIt
3. Expert in Monitoring and APM tools including Splunk, AppD, etc
4. Performance Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Tuning
5. Experience with ClientSide and ServerSide PE
6. Experience conducting PE testing for Private and Public Cloud
7. Experience with integrating PE with CICD pipeline
8. A mix of PE leads with advanced tuning/strategy skills and and PE analysts/testers
9. Experience with Agile/Devops methodology
10. Experience working with varied technologies like .NET, Angular, WPF, Mainframe, Flex etc. Experience in performance analysis at different layers such as JAVA , UI and DB tuning and troubleshooting.
11. Experience supporting PE testing for platforms like Kafka, Apigee, Solr, MF DB2, SQL Always On, etc

Good to have skills

1. Hands on experience in HP ALM/PC
2. Strong understanding of various SDLC tools and technologies like TeamCity, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA
3. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to identify where the focus is needed and bring clarity.
4. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience in presenting to diverse audiences and conducting education and training.
