  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

      • Key Responsibilities : A Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases B Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management Configuration Management
      • Technical Experience : A 7 years of practical experience in performance engineering including Cloud/Virtualization Azure, or other Cloud IaaS Load testing tools LoadRunner, StormRunner, JMeter or equivalent,and system profiling tools Ants, Yourkit, JVisualVM, JProfiler B Key Skills: performance testing Cloud/Virtualization Azure, or other Cloud IaaS
    • Professional Attributes : A Good analytical problem solving skills B Good Communication skills C Ability to work independently with little supervision or as a team
