Roles and responsibilities Working in an open kitchen environment preparing and cooking wood fired pizzas using fresh, seasonal and where possible local ingredients. This will be a modern and contemporary service. Youll be responsible for the production and service of food within. This will include preparing and cooking pizzas, breakfasts and dinners using a wood burning oven. You will maintain appropriate stock levels, ensure strict adherence to all legal frameworks regarding Health and Safety and Food Handling and Hygiene and contribute to the strategic development and budgetary control of the service which will be overseen by the Head Chef. Required Candidate profileCandidate should have a relevant training like diploma/ degree with min 3yrs Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food & wage costs. Have a positive and energetic attitude. Have an infectious passion for cooking and delivering a memorable dining experience.
