Job Description

    • Align each location execution plan with global roadmap.
    • Plan the detailed Implementation activities
    • Follow up with team for execution roadmap
    • Identify the risks in project and mitigate it.
    • Integration with different stockholders (Plant, Central team, MDC Team + Open IT Team Interactions) for smooth execution on project
    • Budgeting & Cost control

    • PMS Data & Web UI Server installation & configuration
    • PMS Runtime Server installation & configuration
    • PMS Line/Workstation setup
    • Product/Recipe configuration in PMS
    • PMS Database Server with MS SQL (follow PMS standard architecture)
    • Magiles HMI/iPC(for WI display) with Vijeo Designer runtime license
    • Auto/Semi-auto process PLC&HMI (M340/M580)
    • Test machine PLC&HMI/PC Programming & Debugging
    • Manual assembly station PLC & HMI configuration & debugging
    • Manual assembly station hardware integration/debugging in PLC (sensor, screwdriver,
    • scanner .)
    • PMS Qualification
    • Technical recipe, Rework Management, Golden Dummy Sample
    • Standard Manual Assembly Station HMI Template

    • Strong knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, Profibus)
    • Strong PLC programming (Control Expert, Machine Expert)
    • Familiar with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)

    • AWS/On-Premium Server Details
    • Ensure the CTP CTQs of machines and testers are captured and pushed to cloud/Sever.
    • PY /JD dashboard creation, Traceability tools implementation.
    PMS Connections & Enhancements
    • PMS Connection with Infra- Laser, Vision Applications, Label Printing Applications, Scanning Systems etc
    • PMS Connection- LDS, MCA, iTAC, SRT etc Eco Applications through API
    • Component Traceability- GS1 Label and Interconnection inside MES
    • Operator Traceability- LDS Versality connection
