Job Description

    Creating Instructional Design documents and Storyboards SME communication and content gathering Ensure the developer meets the delivery requirements as per the storyboard Manage course development projects and estimate the development requirement for a course Manage scope of work Ensure quality expectations are met Use the right tools to execute the tasks Feedback / Fault Reports are compiled and rectified accordingly Communication & Reporting on status and progress 6-8 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development Exposure to ID models and theories, like ADDIE, GAGNE s, BLOOM s, etc ID skills for various mode of learning delivery, like WBTs, ILTs, video based learning etc. Experience in handling a team of Instructional designers will be an added advantage Good command over the English language with good written and verbal communication skills Managing the complete life cycle of the project Sharing the requisite inputs with the team Good knowledge of authoring tools such as Captivate, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, etc. Able to inspire and lead others to achieve challenging results.,
